Hamilton Mercer Training is a specialist customer service and communication training company with training centre's located throughout the UK. We offer bespoke in-house courses for training groups of staff and open courses for training individuals.

Bespoke practical's and group discussions are used to tailor course content and public workshop group sizes have a maximum of 5 delegates to ensure plenty of personal coaching is given and individual needs are met.
